A Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert is an emerging expert in the field of family law who specifically trained to support the real estate needs in a case.

Guided by experience and the CDRE Code of Ethics, the effectiveness of CDRE’s is felt throughout the Family Law system.

As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, my job is to address the challenges of listing a Real Marital Asset differently than a traditional listing. I have a specific listing process designed for couples going through Divorce, and this system helps to prevent and mitigate conflict so that the listing keeps moving forward and everyone involved can achieve closure.

The CDRE licensing is the only National Association of Realtors recognized
Divorce Expert designation, and is a rigorously intensive 12 week program offered only by the Ilumni Institute with a 10% acceptance and pass rate. Only the top producing brokers can apply for this expert certification. Allison is also a Keller Williams Luxury International
